Very friendly staff; big and wonderful beds; free and good wifi internet connection
There was a problemw with the airconditioning and so it was very hot at night; after a few nights it got a bit better, but it stayed way too hot for comfortable sleep; the airconditioning is controlled centrally and cannot be adjusted per roomi lost a lot of sleep because of the heat; the staff was kind and understanding, but did not offer any compensation; I do think that financial compensation would have been in order

The hotel was located close to public transportation which made it easy to get around. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows.
The hotel lacked any sort of charm or character. It felt very generic and lacked personality.

Location and lobby area is good. Cleaners did their job well.
This is deffinately not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Rooms are quite old, carpets and walls dirty, bathroom old. Lightning of rooms is very bad. When we left we got interesting experience. Check out time is at 12 am. I checked out at 8 am, my husband at 12 am and when he checked out they started to ask extra money (20 lira) saying that we had to check out togethet. It is nonsence because we went to different countries and our flights were at different time and also we had told them this before. We stayed there 7 nights so this attitude was really a suprise for us and never experienced in other 4 or 5 star hotels.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Hospitality by hotel staff
I couldn't use the bath and could only take a shower. Something was wrong with the drain blocker.

Clean hotel with good facilities, convenient location in front of the subway station, and friendly staff. The breakfast was adequate with a decent variety of food options. Free parking was also a plus.
Nothing to fault, this hotel was a great value for the price.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Garden area met all our needs. the leisure/ TV room was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. the room advantages were incredible - clean, comfortable bed, and immaculate private facilities. the Restaurant, Poolside snack bar, and Bar/ Lounge area had a variety of cuisine and drinks to satisfy our taste buds. the breakfast and restaurant buffet were exquisite.
the value for money was still considerable considering the expensive facilities available at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and its near the metro. Rooms clean and bed comfortable.
It's not what would be considered in Europe as 5 stars hotel.
